Find your fit with outdoor personal training

Are you looking for a customized workout but don't want to workout in a gym setting? Seeing as the weather is getting warmer I decided to offer outdoor personal training sessions! These sessions will be primarily body weight, with minimal equipment (dumbbells and bands may be used) and likely take place at Rundle Park or downtown/central.

Why not workout outdoors, catch some rays and get your sweat on!

Personal training sessions start at $35 per session if you buy 1 to 9 sessions, or $30 per session if you buy 10 sessions.

Want to bring a friend?

Workout with 1-3 friends (max 4 participants)

Pricing starts at $25 per person per session if you buy 1 to 9 sessions, or $20 per session/person if you buy 10 sessions.
